I'm Sherelle.

I teach growth-stage startup founders how to CEO.

For the past twenty years, my career path has been filled with curiosity, great opportunities, extraordinary experiences, and a strong desire to learn.  You could say I was born an entrepreneur or at least that I have one kick-ass entrepreneurial spirit.

After earning my MBA, I quickly rose through the ranks at a prominent research university, eventually becoming the CFO of a cutting-edge research facility and technology incubator.

Seeking a new challenge and a family-friendly job that allowed me to balance work and life, I started my own personal care products company. We developed innovative products and experienced rapid growth, even securing shelf space in major retailers like Target. I played a key role in helping the company achieve major milestones, such as obtaining investment funding, registering trademarks, gaining B-Corp certification, and overseeing the production of over-the-counter drugs in compliance with FDA regulations.

After experiencing extreme burnout and seeking to make a more significant societal impact, I transitioned to the nonprofit sector several years ago, where I now manage budgets of $100M+.

I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with you.

I believe in the power of mentorship and the importance of fostering a supportive community for entrepreneurs.

When we team up, we can tackle problems, grab chances, and build great businesses together.
